Cost calculation according to German Industrial Norm DIN 276 in four steps:
Cost estimation, cost calculation, preliminary cost estimates and final cost statement.
Comparison of the DIN 276 levels, old and new DIN 276 completely included.
Cost controlling according to RBBau (Example 22 to 24)
Through the grouping together of tasks (assignment or cost control/monitoring units) a maximum cost transparency is produced. Over or under costing and high or low estimates are able to be called up for individual projects, complete units, or the whole project. With just the push of a button, many all inclusive analytical functions, graphics and data from DIN 276 can be accessed.
Management of all payments and security deposits/retainers
through the automatic generation of " contruction accounting book " (BauBuch), " payment book " as well as " security deposit book ".
